Digital Competence of Lecturers at the Universities of Education: In the Context of Education Digital Transformation Vietnam

This study aims to assess the digital proficiency of lecturers as well experiences and practices technology in teaching process Vietnam Universities Education. In this study, qualitative quantitative survey methods were used. The was conducted with 320 lecturers, 150 managers, training experts, leaders at top three Education Vietnam. competency questionnaire used a data collection tool. It is built based on competence framework (DigComp 2.1 model), European Framework for Digital Competence Educators (DigCompEdu), DigComp SAT. After analysis evaluation processes results, it stated that pedagogical schools about average varies by genders, academic degrees awareness levels capabilities. results will help understand needs, information capabilities things focus so can meet these requirements.
